Setup:
nonstop from May 8, 2013 at 8:00 a.m.
till May 12, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.

The setup can be started in May 8, 2013 at 8.00 a.m. On the last day of set-up all delivery and stand-construction vehicles must be removed from the hall and from the outdoor area by 4:00 p.m. . Vehicles which are still in the halls or at the outdoor area after these times will be removed by MMG at the risk and expense of the exhibitor concerned. Setting-up must be finished by 6:00 p.m. An extension is possible only in exceptional cases with the written permission of MMG’s Technical Exhibition Services Division.

Dismantling:
Dismantling must be completed by May 19, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.

The Technical Exhibition Services Team will be available in the atrium in front of Hall B2 at the exhibitor service office during set-up and dismantling periods as well as during the trade fair.
