GENERAL INFORMATION
The
difference between co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies
A co-exhibitor is one who presents his own goods or services, using his
own staff at the stand of another exhibitor (the main exhibitor). An additionally
represented company is any other company whose goods or services are
offered by an exhibitor, who is also a manufacturer. Valid for both:
co-exhibitors and additionally represented companies must be registered using a
separate application form by the main exhibitor, each for a fee of EUR 360.
What does the "advance payment for services" include?
A lump-sum advance payment of EUR 20 (net) per square meter of rented space is
levied for services that an exhibitor can use at his stand (e.g. electricity,
water, telephone connections, technical services, lettering, supply of
electricity, water etc.). The exhibitor will be charged/refunded the difference
between the actual cost of the services and the advance payment in the final
invoice several weeks after the end of the trade fair.
Exhibitor passes
Depending on the size of the stand, each exhibitor will receive a certain
number of exhibitor passes free of charge (3 passes for stands up to 20 m² in
size, 1 additional pass for each additional 20 m²). The number of exhibitor
passes does not increase for co-exhibitors and additionally represented
companies. Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased for EUR 36 per pass
from the trade fair management.
