Laser Photonics - fiber laser systems
Completes full line of standard fiber laser systems

Laser Photonics Inc. is pleased to announce its full line of standard laser system products.  Due to a large increase in worldwide demand and rapid growth in company size, Laser Photonics is now mass producing its full range of laser equipment.  Plans have been announced to triple its production capacity in the next year in order to shorten delivery time while lowering the customers over all cost.

“This large increase in demand for our laser systems is a direct result of the benefits of new fiber laser technology combined with our high tech motion systems.  As our larger manufacturing clients become more aware of the ways these systems are increasing their bottom lines, I cannot see decrease in demand anytime soon” stated Ryan Semmer, Industrial Product Marketing Manager of Laser Photonics Inc.

The standard product line now includes Laser Photonics' high power fiber laser cutting system:
  • The Excalibur is the latest in lean manufacturing technology and offers a complete turnkey solution for manufacturers and production facilities.  This new concept introduces the idea of using one Fiber Laser Module to control the tasks of up to four different machines with the use of one optical switch.  The Excalibur is specifically designed for any manufacturer or production facility that performs applications which entail laser cutting, welding or remote welding and sheet cutting or marking.
  • The Titan FLS48 is Laser Photonics standard Fiber Laser Cutting System.  It is equipped with a 2,000-5,000 watt High Power energy efficient upgradeable Fiber Laser, a state of the art direct drive motion system, and a standard 4’x8’, 5’x10’, or 6’x12’ single pallet shuttle table.  The Titan FLS48 is the most advanced Fiber Laser Cutting System on the market allowing the lowest operating costs among all laser types.
  • The LINK PLCS is the first Fiber Laser Precision Cutting System on the market.  This system can achieve a level of quality precision unprecedented in the industry for laser cutting and engraving.  It is equipped with a 100 watt energy efficient upgradeable Fiber Laser with the highest cutting quality available from 1064 nm lasers.  Designed specifically for the medical industry, the precision cutting ability of the LINK is perfect for cutting the smallest of stents and surgical instruments.
  • The FiberTower Series is Laser Photonics most well known and popular brand of Fiber Laser marking equipment on the market.  First introduced in 2004, the FiberTower Series fiber laser marking equipment has become the industry standard for part marking.  Laser Photonics has researched and designed six different standard sizes for industrial use and has been raising the standards for Fiber Laser marking.
  • The Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System is an industry first in handheld fiber laser marking capabilities.  The Handheld has the ability to mark equipment and parts that are too large to fit inside a FiberTower Series.  This system also allows mobility for the user, with a small lightweight construction the user can mark a wider variety of places.  The new implementation of UID markings on parts and equipment has also made the Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System a must for most manufacturing plants as well as the government.
  • The i-Series Fiber Laser OEM Kit was designed for maintenance-free OEM applications.  These kits are designed to operate under high shock, vibration and dust conditions, with relatively high humidity and temperatures.  The i-Series Fiber Laser OEM Kit is built-in I/O for integration into a production line or other equipment.
