Laser Lines is pleased to announce the next generation of LASAG SLS ‘EasyWelder’ laser sources. The range has been engineered to make precision welding easy with simple to use operating software and by delivering the beam down flexible fibre optic cables. These pulsed YAG lasers offer output powers from 10 to 250 Watts.

Suitable for welding almost all metals, with extended capabilities for joining brittle or high carbon content steels, these lasers are used extensively in the manufacture of medical devices such as endoscopes, pacemakers, guidewires and tubing. Additionally, challenging materials and combinations of materials can be joined, for example, Nitinol to stainless steel. Whether spot or seam welding, the final results are smooth weld surfaces with no cracking or porosity in the weld pool.
