Provertha - multi-sensor measurement system
3D video multi-sensor measurement technology for the manufacturing of precision plastic parts

Precision tools are required for the dimensionally and functionally correct manufacturing of precision plastic parts for insulating components of modern miniature connectors and other electromechanical parts. This demands non-contact inspection and exact measurement of contact cavities with undercuts, for instance, and creation of an initial sample measurement report, while keeping the measurement time short.
One valuable tool in the qualification of tools and plastic parts at Provertha is the new 3D video multi-sensor measurement system. Its speed and quick acceleration ensure short inspection times and high inspection throughput with full CNC operation. Sophisticated guide and bearing technologies ensure high reliability over the entire range of XYZ movements. The 3D sensor and various illumination options allow exact scanning of fragile features with very small dimensions.

The proven, versatile measurement software, and the additional modules with CAD-conversion, contour evaluation, reporting and statistics programs permit quick,  effective inspection, documentation and evaluation of the dimensions and geometries of modern precision plastic parts. As a result, parts can quickly be controlled or approved for series production or to start necessary adjustments.
